About Dean
With nearly 30 years of experience in recruitment and business development, my skills and experience have been built around developing strong, long-term relationships with clients across a range of sectors—including engineering, manufacturing, IT, and white-collar construction.
Much of my work has centred on business development: identifying opportunities, opening new markets, and helping companies with tailored solutions to their workforce planning and recruitment needs. I’ve worked closely with a wide variety of clients, from SMEs to larger organisations, and my approach has always been based on listening, understanding their challenges, and building trust.
Throughout my career, I’ve placed a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication. I believe lasting business relationships are built on consistency, transparency, and a clear understanding of how to add value.
Away from work
I enjoy getting outside, either playing a few rounds of golf or hiking in the Welsh hills. I also enjoy cooking and travel, especially to France and Italy as I love the food and culture.
