About Matthew
Combining my background in manufacturing and engineering with professional recruitment expertise, I specialise in delivering mid to senior-level appointments within the UK and global technical sectors, specialising in the aerospace and defence sectors. My primary focus areas include commercial, sales, marketing, project & programme management, trade compliance, and general management positions.
I handle contingency, exclusive, and retained assignments for permanent roles, appreciating the chance recruitment offers me to engage directly with candidates and clients across diverse industries, technologies, and product lines.
My extensive international experience has equipped me with the expertise to effectively source skilled and seasoned talent for even the most demanding positions.
