Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited (TAFE) is one of the world's leading manufacturers of tractors and agricultural equipment. Expanding its global footprint, TAFE established a new advanced engineering research and development facility in Newport, Shropshire, in 2022 to drive further advancements in agricultural technology.
The Challenge
In August 2023, TAFE approached Jonathan Lee Recruitment for support in hiring a Senior Design Engineer for their UK R&D site. Despite working with another recruitment agency, they faced challenges in finding candidates with the right technical expertise and cultural fit. Senior CAB Design Engineer: Contributing to the development of innovative cab designs for next-generation agricultural machinery.
Program Manager: Overseeing critical R&D projects and ensuring timely delivery of engineering milestones.
Principal ADAS Engineer: Leading the advancement of advanced driver assistance systems, enhancing the safety and efficiency of TAFE's agricultural equipment.
